Sonoita Hills Observatory
12.5” OGS RC at f/9…refurbished/rebuilt, ST10XE, CFW8A, Astrodon filters, Paramount ME, ACP, Maxim 5.xx, Focusmax, Robofocus
SHO is a first class observatory in Sonoita , Az that is used for taking images of deep sky objects. The observatory is equipped with an OGS 12.5" telescope on a Software Bisque Paramount ME. Images are taken with an SBIG ST10-XE and CFW-8. The CFW-8 contains Ha, L, R, G, B filters by Astrodon. Guiding is done with the ST10 guiding chip and an Optec 3" rotator.
